wegvallende netwerkverbinding

Al een paar dagen heb ik het volgende probleem. Plotseling valt mijn verbinding weg. Als ik dan controleer, blijkt de verbinding er prima te zijn, beveiligd en al. Maar ik merk er alleen niets van! De probleem-oplosser geeft geen uitsluitsel, behalve af en toe iets over een kabel aansluiten, maar die heb ik niet: wifi is wifi toch? Bovendien is verbonden ook verbonden. En bij nog eens kijken naar de beschikbare netwerken blijkt dan, dat mijn Ziggo-verbinding opeens niet meer bestaat!

Nu heb ik zojuist maar opnieuw opgestart en het lijkt allemaal weer koek en ei. Maar....voor hoelang. Is dit iets wat ik aan Ziggo moet voorleggen of ligt het aan mij. Ik maak kans dat Ziggo constateert dat er beveiligd verbonden is: klaar. Alleen: wie en wat is beveiligd verbonden!

    • Aansluitend wordt een log aangemaakt (Result.txt) in de zelfde map waar "MiniToolBox.exe" in zit.
    • Kopieer en plak de inhoud van het log in jouw volgende bericht.
Notabene: indien "Reset FF Proxy Settings" gekozen is, dienen de gebruikte webbrowsers afgesloten te zijn!

Jullie krijgen samen een antwoord! Ten eerste heb ik gedaan wat je schreef Abraham en ik ben tot en met het herstarten gekomen, maar ik zal voorlopig dus niet weten of het werkt, want ik heb nu gewoon verbinding. Of het weer wegvalt: het is nog een geheim.

En dan: Abbs, ik heb een modem+router van Zggo: UBEE.

Mijn man had vorige week ongeveer hetzelfde probleem en ik heb toen dezelfde tools gebruikt als die nu door Abraham aan mij werden voorgeschreven. Hij had daar na weer internet, en dat was fijn. Alleen tot nu toe gaat het vreselijk traag en er zijn sites, waar hij soms niet inkomt, bv. de Rabosite.
Bij hem roepen we: het apparaat is al ruim 6 jaar oud. Maar dat kan ik toch echt nog niet zeggen! Zou het aan de laatste cumulatieve update van Windows kunnen liggen? Die hebben we allebei pas gekregen. Of moet ik ons toch bij Ziggo melden?

Hoi Abbs,

Wat hangt er allemaal aan....... 2 laptops, 2 smartphones. En ik weet het: een digibeet is er niets bij, maar ik vraag me af of je de tv ook mee moet rekenen, hoewel we daar Horizon voor hebben.
Nu ga ik met speedtest aan de gang.
 
Nu begrijp ik waarom jou internet traag is, wel abonnement heb jij bij ziggo?

Hoever zit je met je laptop van de modem/router verwijdert ?
 
Dag Abbs, er is hier naarstig gezocht naar ons abonnement, maar dat komt niet zo maar bovendrijven. Ik moet er voor inloggen op Mijn Ziggo, en het wachtwoord is om de een of andere reden niet juist Belachelijk: we hebben het al lang. En dan vraag je de gegevens op en die zenden ze dan naar de laptop van mijn man, die op dit moment 1 pagina per uur ophaalt. Dus dat bewaar ik maar voor morgen, als ik ze ordentelijk kan bellen.
Dag Abraham, ik weet niet goed wat ik hier mee moet.
Dag Swake, de meters weet ik niet:), maar ik zit 1 hoog en het modem staat beneden bij de ingang van het signaal. Ik prijs me nog gelukkig dat mijn laptop het op dit moment doet!

Ga eens naast het modem/router zitten en doe nog eens een speedtest.
 
En wil jij nogmaals het log posten, maar dan helemaal, want wat jij gepost hebt is een klein deel ervan.
 
Hoi Swake, ik mag toch hopen dat ik, na zo lang internetten, nog niet steeds op een startersplek zit! En bellen deed ik nooit via Ziggo, want daar heb ik te veel narigheid over gehoord.
Ik heb internet en tv, en die laatste met Horizon, een pakket van Ziggo.

En een wifispot, is dat niet zoiets als ergens in de trein op een spot zitten en dan wifi hebben? Dat zie ik me ook van zijn leven niet doen, dus ik hoop dat ik daar nu geen gebruik van maak.

Al mijn hoop is dus gevestigd bij de klantenservice morgen, via de telefoon.

Ik heb voor deze gekozen, want Ede was ook een mogelijkheid, maar dat was heel weinig. Dit is Amersfoort. En bij nader inzien doe ik Ede er ook maar bij.

Ik weet niet of je een limiet hebt op je databundel en je dit bereikt hebt .
Je kan dan nog surfen en e-mailen maar op lage snelheid . Als je morgen belt naar Ziggo informeer hierover ook eens .
